We are hiring for Senior Construction Manager in Fort Morgan, CO(Onsite)

Job Summary:

The Senior Construction Manager (Sr. CM) will oversee all technical aspects of telecom equipment deployment and ASP management at assigned venues. This includes site feasibility, equipment/material planning, vendor management, project scheduling, EHS compliance, progress tracking, and customer interaction. The Sr. CM also partners with Remote Construction Managers and Internal Ericsson teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site feasibility walks and establish venue access logistics
• Analyze scope of work (SOW), bill of materials (BOM), and align with RF design
• Oversee construction activities, resolve access and material issues
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and milestone tracking
• Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with EHS standards
• Act as Ericsson’s lead representative for customer reviews, inspections, and issue resolution
• Provide mentorship to ASPs, RCMs, and field teams
• Drive supplier performance and negotiate technical deliverables

Tools & Technical Requirements:

• iBwave software for design & feasibility
• Anritsu tools and OTDR fiber testing
• Familiarity with Site Tracker and Ericsson data management tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Close-out documentation and checklist familiarity

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of telecom construction/project management experience
• Experience with Small Cell RAN systems (DOT, pDAS, oDAS)
• Field experience managing GCs, construction scope estimation
• Understanding of zoning, permitting, and lease/jurisdiction compliance
• OSHA 30 Certification (Telecom industry specific)
• Knowledge of Ericsson standards and previous Ericsson equipment experience preferred
