We are seeking a self-driven, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our product and engineering leaders. This role will support three executives with proactive calendar, travel, and expense management, along with internal and external event management.

Your Impact:

  • Effectively manage complex schedules, events, and tasks for multiple leaders, ensuring all communications are organized and leaders are well-prepared. Anticipating needs and maintaining an efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, along with acquiring visas when necessary.
  • Organize correspondence, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Draft internal and external communications such as memos, emails and reports.
  • Plan and execute team meetings and events with up to 100 attendees (in-person and virtual), fostering employee engagement and connectivity.
  • Support Head of Product to manage the Customer Advisory Board.
  • Assist with team onboarding, ensuring new members have all necessary information while acting as the main point of contact during the onboarding process.

About you:

  • 5+ years of VP and above level support at a SaaS or tech company, along with a history of supporting multiple executives
  • Operate with minimal oversight, always looking for ways to optimize processes and schedules, and taking initiative to improve efficiency.
  • A vital team member with exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive, no task is too big or small attitude
  • History of planning and successfully executing large-scale events
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Background supporting executives in Product or Engineering
  • Availability to travel up to two times a quarter for team events
  • Highly proficient computer skills in Google Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Slack, and similar workflows

The compensation for this position may vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. Depending on the nature and seniority of the role, a percentage of compensation may come in the form of a commission-based or discretionary bonus. Equity and additional benefits will also be awarded.
