About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP of Strategy and Operations for its Latin America division. The successful candidate will be a key player in the development and execution of business strategies that have a global impact. This role involves supporting the President in sourcing and executing investments and acquisitions, as well as leading the regional data services hub to ensure that critical KPIs are tracked in alignment with the regional strategy. The SVP will work closely with managing directors across Latin America to drive both inorganic and organic growth, providing essential business insights and analytics. The position requires a Master's degree in a relevant field, at least 7 years' experience in investment-focused roles, and a strong background in financial modeling, transaction structuring, and negotiation, particularly with a focus on LATAM start-up companies. The ideal candidate for the SVP of Strategy and Operations at the company will have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, driving strategic initiatives, and developing long-term strategies that align with the company's goals. Experience in the music, media, and technology space is highly valued, as is a background in data analytics and the application of languages such as R+, Python, and SQL to generate business strategies. The role demands a professional who is comfortable interfacing with a variety of external partners and businesses, and who can quickly analyze and articulate key business drivers.
