Job Description

Our client is a technology company. They seek a Corporate Director of Finance to join their Parsippany, NJ office.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate financial consolidation, including quarterly and annual reporting
• Guide the corporate accounting team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Oversee financial aspects of global entities, including intercompany transactions
• Prepare SEC reports, working with external auditors, legal teams, and financial partners
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support strategic tax planning initiatives
• Manage the execution of external audits to meet regulatory and statutory requirements
• Work with regional finance leaders to ensure a seamless global reporting process
• Partner with leadership teams to provide financial insights and drive business decisions

Requirements

• 10+ years of finance experience
• SEC reporting knowledge
• Technology/SaaS industry background
• Combo accounting background
• Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• CPA required
• Skilled in Excel and NetSuite
