Quality Control Manager
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and timely release of fragrance and flavor products. This role provides leadership over Quality Control operations, including raw material and finished product evaluation, odor assessments, and quality systems.

Responsibilities of the Quality Control Manager

• Lead and manage Quality Control operations and staff.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and systems.
• Oversee inspection and testing of raw materials and finished products, including odor evaluations.
• Ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and industry standards prior to shipment.
• Manage supplier quality performance, audits, and vendor scorecards.
• Conduct internal and customer audits and maintain audit readiness.
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to GMPs.

Requirements of the Quality Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, microbiology, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Quality Control.
• Odor evaluation experience and training.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Full Time,  DIRECT HIRE
Pay is $80,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience
