Customer Service Representative to join our growing State Farm Agent Team. Willing to work remotely only.

Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:

• Current Property & Casualty License is required
• State Farm Insurance experience is mandatory (working in agent office). At least 2 years prior State Farm Agent team member experience. DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS WORKING IN A STATE FARM AGENT OFFICE.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent analytical skills
• Very strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:

• Effectively manage incoming calls
• Generate multi-line leads
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Proficient with ECRM
• Spanish Speaking Mandatory. 4 flexible hours.
• There is no selling but must be able to discuss Homeowners & Auto policies with current policyholders.
