Job Description

Successful Underground Utility Contractor is in search of an experienced utility foreman to supervise a 4-6 man crew, specializing in H20 Mains, Sewer Mains, Lift Stations, Manholes, Storm Drain and Structures. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

• MUST HAVE EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP SKILLS, AND BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE, TRAIN, AND DELEGATE TASKS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
• Responsible and accountable for the safety of the crew, ensuring all company employees are adhering to company safety policies and guidelines.
• Daily log sheets, timesheets, and weekly receipts or paperwork are turned in weekly. 
• Communicate with onsite general contractors, inspectors, superintendents, and project managers in a professional manner. 
• Ensure job equipment and tools are maintained in good working order and are safe for use.
• Coordinate with an office on material deliveries and plan for equipment usage.
• Self-motivated, problem solver, eager to work and motivate others and work as a team to achieve successful completion of projects. 
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, and drawings via online or in person. 
• Must know how to use I-pad and be experienced in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and DropBox applications. 
• Must Have a Clean Drivers License.
• 10-Hour Shifts -Monday through Thursday 
• Fridays till Noon
• Overtime

The pay range for this position is based on your skill set and experience, with the ability to show you can be successful and produce.
