The ideal candidate will bring profound knowledge of domestic and international compliance frameworks while demonstrating exceptional leadership capabilities within cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** + Spearhead the assessment and management of supplier regulatory documentation, ensuring alignment with company standards and compliance protocols + Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive compliance documentation for finished products, including allergen declarations, GMO status, bioengineered ingredient disclosure, and ingredient statement verification + Evaluate formulations against international regulatory frameworks to determine market viability and compliance across global territories + Generate and validate safety data sheets according to international standards, while providing mentorship to junior team members + Prepare strategic documentation for ingredient registration in foreign markets, working closely with customs authorities and international agencies + Facilitate religious certifications (Halal/Kosher) and organic compliance processes, maintaining meticulous records of certification status **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or comparable scientific discipline + 3-5 years of demonstrable regulatory affairs experience in food, flavor, or beverage industries + Verified expertise with Halal, Kosher, and Organic certification procedures + Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks governing food products **Why Join Us?** As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist III, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise within an organization committed to excellence in food manufacturing.
