JOOLA is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Digital Product Manager to join our North America direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales team. In this role, you will support the continued growth of JOOLA.com as a destination for passionate athletes to learn about and purchase premium equipment for pickleball and table tennis. You will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to launch engaging user experiences on JOOLA.com, as well as with our business intelligence and operations teams to optimize the systems that power those experiences. JOOLA was first established in 1952 and built a global reputation as a pioneer in table tennis. In 2022, JOOLA expanded into the rapidly growing pickleball scene and quickly attracted the biggest names in the sport. Responsibilities

Manage developers within JOOLA and at external agencies to support the projects above, by documenting requirements, keeping development on track, conducting quality assurance checks, fixing bugs, and reporting on impact.
