VXI Global Solutions busca Agentes de Asistencia en Carretera (Representantes de Servicio al Cliente) dedicados y compasivos para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este puesto crucial, brindará apoyo esencial a los clientes que hayan alquilado vehículos de nuestro cliente y estén experimentando emergencias en carretera. Como primer punto de contacto, atenderá las llamadas de clientes varados, evaluará su situación y coordinará la asistencia necesaria. Su función incluye la resolución de problemas, la coordinación de servicios y la garantía de la seguridad y satisfacción del cliente. Este puesto requiere trabajo presencial en nuestro dinámico centro de llamadas de Lubbock.

Responsabilidades Clave:

• Asistencia al Cliente: Atender llamadas entrantes de clientes varados que necesitan asistencia en carretera para vehículos de alquiler.

• Resolución de Problemas: Evaluar cada situación para determinar la mejor solución, como gestionar el remolque, solicitar asistencia en carretera o brindar cualquier otro apoyo necesario.

• Coordinación de Servicios: Coordinar con los proveedores de servicios para garantizar una asistencia oportuna al cliente.

• Seguimiento: Asegurar que los clientes reciban la ayuda necesaria y dar seguimiento para garantizar su seguridad y satisfacción.

• Documentación: Mantener registros precisos de todas las interacciones con los clientes y los servicios prestados.

Qualifications:
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide patient, empathetic, and effective customer service.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers during stressful situations.
  • Shift Flexibility: Availability to all shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience in a single role.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Background Check: Must pass a background screening.
  • Typing Skills: Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
  • Assessments: Candidates must pass onsite assessments with a score above 80% prior to interviewing.
