Construction Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company near the Phoenix Airport. This organization is in search of a full time construction administrative assistant to join their team. This role is Monday-Friday either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. The hourly rate is between 22/hr-24/hr.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, superintendents, and office staff
  • Assist with document control, project files, and tracking submittals
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming/outgoing mail
  • Maintain and organize job site and office documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and assist with scheduling
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed
  • Assist project managers with project set up, ordering materials and equipment and handling some scheduling of trades
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in construction or a related industry preferred in an administrative support capacity is required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
