As administrative support for the college's non-credit Film Academy,students will have an opportunity to assist with non-credit course developmentand coordination, marketing, and production of the Film Academy's forthcomingpodcast. Exposure to established film and media professionals will provide theopportunity to hone interpersonal skills and build a network that can beleveraged for career development. Ongoing feedback and mentorship will beprovided to promote continuous improvement of soft and hard skills, positioningstudents for success in a wide variety of professional sectors post-internship. Consistently maintain 6 credit hours each semester; Maintain satisfactory academic progress; Adhere to College's confidentiality policy; Successfully pass background/drug screening; Answer phone and take messages; Clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying and faxing; Open and sort mail; Strong interpersonal communication skills; Willingness to learn new technology; Assist with special projects; Other duties as assigned.
