Overview: We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to play a pivotal role in supporting our IT initiatives, including the launch of Entra ID, Avaya/Zoom migration, Autopilot deployment, and the design of new network infrastructure. This position will manage network devices, firewalls, antivirus tools, and hardware diagnostics while leading the design, testing, configuration, and implementation of enterprise-level systems. The role will involve hands-on technical work, leadership, and collaboration to ensure our IT infrastructure is robust, secure, and future-ready. Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Design & Administration: Administer network infrastructure, including firewalls, 40+ VPNs, and monitoring tools; research, propose, and implement new technologies to optimize server and network performance; participate in the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient systems. System Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, including system and application failures; serve as the technical escalation point for unresolved issues and advanced troubleshooting; monitor and maintain backups, disaster recovery systems, and system health; provide ongoing support for user and group policy administration, file restores, and backups. Project Management: Lead IT projects such as Entra ID rollout, Autopilot deployment, and Avaya/Zoom migrations; develop technical specifications and manage the implementation of new IT solutions; ensure effective communication and coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders. Documentation & Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and system procedures; develop training materials and deliver training for new systems and features. Qualifications: Required Experience: 8–15 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles; expertise in Windows OS (Windows 10/11) and server environments; proven experience with Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot required; familiarity with Google Workspace administration and support; firewall management experience, Sonicwall and Palo Alto Networks required; solid understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, and network security best practices. Certifications: Telecom and Network certifications (e.g., CCNA) are a plus. Skills: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with hardware, software, and network systems; ability to manage complex projects and prioritize multiple initiatives effectively; excellent communication and customer service skills, with a team-oriented mindset; outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
