This is a 100% commission-based role. There is no base salary. You earn based on how many clients you help and policies you submit.

The Client Care Coordinator serves as a relationship builder, helping prospective clients understand the benefits available to them and walking them through the next steps—all virtually.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients via Zoom at scheduled times

• Present benefit plans in a clear, engaging way

• Support them in completing applications digitally

• Maintain and update call records

• Join optional team development calls

Qualifications
