We are looking for a passionate Email Marketing Content Manager to join our Lifecycle Marketing team and Content Guild. Reporting to the Content Team Lead, this Experienced Content Marketing Manager will play a key role in building messaging for our current and future customers, across monday.com’s product suite. This role has ownership over key strategic email communications sent to our millions of monthly subscribers. You’ll be working closely with senior PMMs, designers, and lifecycle managers to bring monday.com’s brand and products to life. The monday.com Lifecycle Marketing team owns all email and in-app communication for monday.com. The team consists of designers and lifecycle managers who work closely together in focused iterations to optimize and level-up our customer lifecycle experience (across upsell, expansion, cross-sell, and more) and generate new business. Work across departments to communicate project timelines, gather and incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality content. Craft high-value messaging for each step of the customer journey. Conduct competitor research in order to bring fresh messaging, insights, and user experience to the domain.
