This role offers uncapped commission and a base pay starting at $20-23/hour , with on-target earnings (OTE) over $60,000 in the first year . Compensation details are discussed during the hiring process. Purpose The position involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, recording accurate data on prospective customers and market areas. An individual in this role may receive a monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement. Transport to and work independently in the assigned territory, representing Renewal by Andersen professionally. Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately. Maintain professionalism in appearance and permits. Attend company meetings as required. Provide feedback to improve canvassing strategies. Master company methodology, products, and promotional offerings. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License with a clean record Minimum age of 18 Reliable transportation Strong verbal communication skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Comfortable with tablets and multiple platforms Physically able to stand and walk 3-5 miles daily Culture and Benefits Our vision is to improve the world by ensuring everyone benefits from their association with Andersen.
