About the Job-

Are you ready to take charge of every aspect of a construction project? As our Superintendent, you'll lead with precision, ensuring our standard operating procedures are upheld and safety measures are strictly followed. You'll be at the helm of managing project schedules and overseeing overall progress, ensuring each milestone is met seamlessly.

Collaboration is key! You'll attend crucial meetings with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and owners to provide updates and swiftly address any concerns. Ideally, you'll bring commercial construction experience to the table, ready to make an impact in this full-time role located in San Antonio, Texas.

What You Will Do-

  • Oversee project from start to finish, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and manage their schedules.
  • Collaborate on pre-construction estimates and budgets.
  • Enforce safety protocols and manage weekly meetings with subcontractors.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of changes, RFI’s, and plan discrepancies.
  • Schedule, order, and track materials for projects.
  • Maintain daily reports and photos in Procore.
  • Update weekly schedules and monitor construction progress.
  • Manage material compliance and availability on site.
  • Attend update meetings with PM, architect, engineer, and owner.
  • Ensure quality work meets construction document guidelines.
  • Coordinate with vendors for material procurement.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

What You Bring To The Table-

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a building trade preferred.
  • OSHA certification is a plus.
  • Experience in the commercial construction industry
  • Experience in hard bid and/or Job Order Contract projects is a plus!
