Job Description

SCRI is looking for a Change Manager to join our Strategy and Transformation team to help advance key business strategies. The Change Manager will be responsible for supporting end-to-end change management plans to effectively support complex projects and drive colleague adoption of transformational change initiatives (people, process, or technology changes) to achieve expected outcomes. The Change Manager will collaborate closely with business leaders and program managers to develop effective communications, trainings, documentation, and other deliverables as defined by projects and as needed for effective change management. Duties include but are not limited to: supporting business and system transformation efforts in a project management and change management capacity; building and implementing tailored change management solutions; partnering with business owners to develop and execute stakeholder plans and change leadership activities; understanding concerns and perspectives across stakeholder groups; reporting to senior leaders on project initiatives; crafting engaging deliverables; facilitating meaningful change and fostering collaboration; articulating the case for change and evaluating change readiness; ensuring effective and on-time delivery of training materials; managing sustained change to deliver value; measuring and evaluating program effectiveness; building strong relationships across teams. Mandatory expectations include adherence to the Code of Conduct and completion of training assignments. Competencies required include thorough knowledge of change management principles, foundational project management understanding, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, leadership, strategic and critical thinking, proactive project execution, and content creation skills. Abilities include being articulate, intuitive, consultative, creative, resourceful, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred; 3+ years experience in change management; preferred certifications include Change Management (Prosci), Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt), and Project Management (PMP).
