At Noah’s New York Bagels, the Baker is essential to the quality and availability of fresh bagels and pastries. Bakers arrive early (as early as 3AM) to prepare and stock the bagel wall and pastry case, ensuring quality products each shift. They work as a team to provide excellent guest service, including order taking and sandwich making, while maintaining a safe and clean store environment. Bakers must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work varied hours including early mornings and weekends, and pass background checks as required. Physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours.
