The Temporary Turn Associate is a temporary position that will provide temporary assistance during turn. This position will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure that established quality standards are met upon move-in. Our ideal candidate will be able to solve problems quickly and courteously, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, has a strong understanding of office work, willing to learn, be self-motivated and a willingness to address issues as they arise. Reports to: Community Manager. Direct Reports: None. Roles and Responsibilities include ensuring confidentiality of client, resident and company information; participating in all move-in and move-out related activities, including inspections and trash-outs; assisting in the cleaning of available apartments and/or models; properly handling package couriers such as UPS, DHL, Amazon, FedEx for the residents and ensuring correct delivery; understanding and adhering to Fair Housing laws; keeping grounds clean and free of debris and trash; performing housekeeping duties as needed; and performing related duties as assigned. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency, and excellent customer service skills by treating residents, vendors and other team members with respect. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, sitting, use of hands, reaching, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking or hearing, occasional lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
