Job Title: Staffing Consultant – Staffing & Sales
Location: Irvine, CA | Schedule: Full-Time; Mon-Fri 7:30-4:30 or 8:30-5:30 | Hybrid: 2-3 days in-office
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for both sales and talent acquisition? We’re looking for a dynamic Staffing Consultant to join our team and play a key role in growing our business and delivering top-tier staffing solutions.
In this dual-focused role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, uncovering hiring needs, and offering tailored staffing solutions. You'll also actively recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and direct hire roles. This is a high-impact position where your ability to close deals, coach candidates, and exceed performance targets will directly contribute to our company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through outreach, meetings, and consultative sales.
Secure job orders and present qualified candidates using strong judgment and persuasive communication.
Actively source, interview, and match candidates to appropriate opportunities.
Coach and support candidates and clients throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
Meet and exceed performance metrics through strategic planning, follow-up, and execution.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
Preferred Experience:
2+ years in a sales, recruiting, or client-facing role.
Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
