We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The individual that we are looking for is not only an exceptional visual and interaction designer, but one that is also results oriented and can analyze and iterate on designs to optimize results. You'll be responsible for translating product requirements and user needs into engaging, intuitive interfaces across web and mobile platforms. This role demands a strong design aesthetic, a passion for solving complex problems, and a data-informed approach to user experiences that perform.

Job Summary: The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for leading the design and optimization of our website's user interface, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and visually compelling experience for our users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX developers, and marketing professionals, creating innovative web designs that go beyond aesthetics delivering data-informed design solutions that drive engagement, conversion, and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to drive design strategies that enhance user satisfaction and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design from concept through execution across responsive web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and design best practices. 
• Work closely with our Creative Director, marketing teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with brand strategy, campaign objectives, and target audience needs.
• Continuously analyze user behavior and performance metrics to identify friction points, drop-offs, and areas for improvement.
• Proactively test, iterate, and optimize designs to improve KPIs such as conversion rates, task success rates, and engagement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI design. Incorporate new techniques and tools to enhance design processes.
• Ensure all content is polished, error-free, and adheres to brand voice and style guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of Website design, ecommerce and digital design projects.
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, interface design, and visual design.
• Strong sense of UX principles to enhance the usability and effectiveness of our website.
• Proven ability to think creatively and develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences and produces results.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and SEO is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Previously working on a lead generation site would be a plus and experience in Webflow is a major plus.
