Senior Manager, Corporate Governance and Securities Cupertino, California, United States Corporate Functions Description Apple’s Corporate Law Group is seeking a Senior Legal Manager, Corporate Governance and Securities, to lead a team of attorneys supporting Apple’s public company compliance. You will advise on corporate governance matters, including supporting the company’s board of directors, shareholders, and management. You will oversee compliance with US securities laws, including SEC reporting, preparation of the company’s proxy statement, and other public disclosures. You will provide strategic advice on emerging US public company trends and issues, and you will oversee implementation of Apple’s human rights policy. You will lead and mentor a highly skilled team of senior lawyers, promoting the Legal department’s culture of high-performance and collaboration. You will work closely with incredible colleagues across the company, including providing legal support for Apple’s Investor Relations, Accounting, and Treasury teams, among others. You will have opportunities to engage with the senior leadership of the company and represent the company in front of our shareholders and other stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years professional legal experience advising US public companies on corporate governance and securities matters 5+ years experience leading and managing high-performing legal teams JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar Preferred Qualifications Experience advising large public companies, particularly in technology industries Demonstrated success leading and managing high-performing legal teams Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise and build relationships with senior leaders, teammates, and cross-functional colleagues Insightful analytical skill At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $211,800 and $317,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
