Compensation: $60k-80k on-target earnings
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and personable IT Recruiter to support our growing team. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and sourcing candidates across a variety of roles and functions both internally at MTS and externally for our project-based customers. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational capabilities, and a coachable mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates based on job descriptions and role-based criteria.
- Work with project leadership on potential openings and positions.
- Initial screens with candidates to understand fit based on high-level requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate
interviews with candidates and customers both internally and externally.
- Full lifecycle of candidate from recruiting to hiring and onboard
- Be the point of contact for recruited individuals once they are fully employed. Field questions including benefits information, time entry, etc.
- Communicate with potential candidates about role expectations and requirements for employment with end customer.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a recruiting-based position. Familiarity with Healthcare IT recruiting specifically a plus.
- Experience using the Microsoft suite of products.
- Experience using recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach to qualified candidates.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Willing and able to be present in the San Antonio office.
