US Concerts is seeking a Production Runner, responsible for various ‘errands’ and tasks associated with the talent and production of shows. Confidentiality is very critical to this role. Responsibilities include coordinating and delivering food and beverage to the band or talent, retrieving and delivering equipment and paperwork, ensuring stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutter, assisting with stage production aspects such as show pass and guest list distribution, assisting Green Room Server with artist needs, performing opening/running/closing side duties according to company practice and policy, and having knowledge of all music, promotional or special events in the house. The role requires handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining pleasant and professional. Requirements include having a properly working automobile with proof of insurance, an exceptional driving record, knowledge of touring or stage production operations, a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to work late and extended hours, a flexible schedule, excellent communication skills, punctuality, and knowledge of the region to locate restaurants, stores, music stores, and area attractions. Preferred qualifications include 3 years of work experience interacting with people in a positive environment and experience in a live music environment or comparable role. The working environment is fast-paced, often loud and stressful, requiring extended periods of standing and working on feet indoors or outdoors, and the ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
