Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Product Operations Manager to join their team! This position is located in Bellevue, Washington.



Duties:

• Build and lead a high-performing product operations team focused on client enablement, support, and operational excellence
• Develop proactive, data-driven support processes to ensure clients achieve maximum value from AdTech products, including DSPs, publisher apps, data platforms, and ad measurement tools
• Partner with product teams to relay client feedback and influence roadmaps
• Collaborate with AdOps teams to optimize campaign setup and troubleshooting workflows and align with sales teams to meet client goals and streamline operational workflows
• Implement tools and technologies to enhance support efficiency
• Establish feedback loops to identify trends, improve processes, and optimize client interactions
• Define and track key performance metrics for product operations and client support
• Showcase successful client use cases to celebrate wins and highlight impact

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in the AdTech industry, with a focus on Ad Operations, product operations, or similar roles
• Expertise in AdTech platforms, data segmentation, and ad measurement tools
• Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising workflows, including DSP and publisher operations
• Proven experience setting up and managing incident management processes
• Exceptional communication skills with a client-first approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Zendesk, or other support platforms
