Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time
Location: Premier at Perry Village – New Bloomfield, PA
Revital Rehab Services is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Premier at Perry Village, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in New Bloomfield, PA. In this role, you'll support residents on their journey to greater mobility, function, and independence—while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
Provide physical therapy services in accordance with professional guidelines and Revital’s standards
Assist the supervising Physical Therapist with evaluations and treatment planning
Carry out individualized therapeutic interventions designed to promote strength, mobility, and overall wellness
Document services and communicate progress with the rehab and interdisciplinary team
What You’ll Need:
Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active PTA license in the state of Pennsylvania
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
