EMA Puget Sound, a physician-founded and owned private practice, is recruiting two full-time Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physicians (including Pain Medicine or Sports & Spine subspecialties). This well-established single-specialty PM&R group is based in Tacoma, Washington, and offers a supportive, collegial environment with long-term partnership potential.
Position Highlights:Outpatient practice, no inpatient or hospital call
MondayFriday schedule (flexible MonThurs option)
Join a team of 7 physicians and 1 APP
Advanced in-office technology: Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, EMG, PRP
Call shared only once every 68 weeks
Competitive production-based earnings (confidential during recruitment process)
Full benefits package including medical, retirement, and malpractice
CME allowance : $3,000$5,000 annually
Vacation : 34 weeks plus holidays
License and DEA reimbursement provided
