Schedule: Monday–Friday (Field Days Mon–Thu, Work from Home Fridays)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Accessory Outside Sales Representative with a strong background in the automotive industry to join our growing team. This role is responsible for driving sales of automotive accessories across a defined territory covering the Greater Houston area and Louisiana. Ideal candidates are self-starters, excellent communicators, and passionate about the automotive space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with installers, dealerships, and automotive partners within your territory
• Prospect and close new business opportunities to grow accessory sales
• Conduct in-person sales visits Monday–Thursday; manage administrative tasks and reporting remotely on Fridays
• Travel overnight approximately 25% of the time to service Louisiana territory
• Deliver product presentations, promotions, and training to clients
• Travel with manufacturer representatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless support
• Track sales activities, maintain CRM updates, and submit timely reports

Qualifications

• Must reside in the Houston, TX area
• Proven background in a high-volume sales role
• Experience with automotive accessories sales is required
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a large territory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – must work well with others
• Competitive, go-getter mentality with a proactive, self-motivated attitude
• Tech-savvy – comfortable using laptops, CRMs, and mobile devices
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus
