Role Description

This is a full-time remote. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll guide buyers through one of life’s biggest financial decisions. You'll be responsible for managing relationships, analyzing loan options, submitting files, and leveraging our digital tools to keep loans moving quickly and efficiently.

This isn’t cold calling or waiting on agents — we bring the buyers to you. You’ll be embedded directly into real estate listings nationwide, converting listing traffic into inbound mortgage leads.

Your daily flow includes:

• Handling high-intent, inbound buyer leads (7–10 per day)
• Running pricing across multiple lenders to find the best fit
• Guiding borrowers through loan options (Conventional, FHA, VA, DSCR, HELOCs, etc.)
• Collaborating with processors and fulfillment to keep files moving fast
• Building your personal brand with our in-house marketing team
• (Optional) Recruiting and mentoring other LOs to earn residual overrides

Qualifications

• Active NMLS License (Florida or multi-state)
• 1+ year of mortgage origination experience preferred
• Solid understanding of mortgage lending and underwriting principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote, digital-first environment
• Ability to manage a pipeline and hit closing goals
• Experience with platforms like Arive, Encompass, or similar LOS a plus
• Tech-savvy and coachable — we’re constantly improving and adapting
