Disability Solutions, a division of Ability Beyond, is a non-profit consulting firm helping employers build inclusive hiring strategies for individuals with disabilities.

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team! If you're passionate about content creation, social media, and building marketing campaigns that make an impact, we want to hear from you.

Schedule: Flexible hours between 7AM-5PM PST

Pay Rate: Unpaid (college credit only)

What You'll Do:

• Create engaging content for digital platforms
• Assist with social media scheduling and management
• Support email campaigns targeting job seekers, sponsors, and partners
• Conduct market research and compile insights
• Help with administrative and organizational marketing tasks

Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college during time of internship
• Strong writing, communication, and organization skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools
• Must have your own computer and reliable internet
