CNN is looking for a Manager of Product Marketing to support strategy and execution of customer acquisition and retention initiatives across web, app, and CTV platforms for our Digital Products & Services division within the Growth Product Marketing team. This role will report to the Director of Product Marketing and be responsible for facilitating go-to-market campaigns that drive subscriptions, translating brand fundamentals into product contexts, optimizing campaign performance, maximizing return on spend, and ensuring that acquisition and retention efforts align with broader company goals. The Manager will work with the Director and VP to align on strategic goals, develop internal processes, and define our product positioning and target audience understanding. Responsibilities include developing and executing GTM strategies across paid and owned channels focusing on lead generation and top-of-funnel tactics, partnering with WBD Media team, translating brand fundamentals to product context, designing and implementing targeted multi-channel retention campaigns, developing and executing ASO strategy, managing channel performance and expansion, optimizing live campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally, analyzing campaign data with A/B testing and attribution models, and supporting strategic planning. Qualifications include 5+ years in digital/growth/product marketing preferably in B2C subscription business, strong performance marketing experience, digital product marketing knowledge for web, app, and CTV, experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, data-driven approach, strong project management and communication skills, strategic thinking, and experience in news or streaming products is a plus.
