Lead Pastor Job Description
Overall Responsibility: The Senior Pastor of Gateway is responsible to the Lord Jesus Christ, and accountable to the Trustees, to shepherd, manage and lead Gateway to implement its vision of Knowing Christ, Making Him Known, and Enjoying the Journey.
Status: Full-Time
Compensation: TBD
Reporting Structure: Member of the Board of Trustees (Elders) and also accountable to the Board.
