Lead & Base Operator - Gummy Blending Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
MUST HAVE GUMMY OPERATING EXPERIENCE!
Familiar with standard 300 kilo Starch Mold Pin-in Machine
Set up, operate, and monitor gummy blending machines for daily production runs
Measure and blend ingredients precisely according to batch records and SOPs
Follow and enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality control standards
Monitor temperature, mixing times, familiar with temperature gages, PH meters, and texture to ensure batch consistency
Complete and verify production logs, weight checks, and other required documentation
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work area per FDA regulations
Assist in troubleshooting machine issues or inconsistencies during blending
Lead or support team members as needed, particularly in the Lead Operator role
Adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift

Day Shift, 06:00 AM to 8:00 PM
3 - 12 hour alternating shift
Base Operator - Gummy Blending Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
MUST HAVE GUMMY BLENDING EXPERIENCE
✅ Experience with mixing/blending in the supplement or nutritional industry
✅ Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
✅ Ability to stand for the entire shift
✅ Resume required for consideration
