The Role
Holland Homes is seeking an Interior Designer who is willing to work hard and grow with our company. This position reports to the marketing director and is a valued asset to our sales and marketing team. Responsibilities include overseeing design centers, leading selection meetings, and assisting with staging.

The Person
As an Interior Designer, you thrive in a collaborative, organized, and proactive environment. You lead by example, showing up on time, staying responsive to team members, and delivering accurate and timely design plans. You communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly with the team, leveraging resources and technology to streamline your work. You are motivated, make informed decisions, and understand the value of teamwork in achieving design goals. Your commitment to efficiency and clear communication ensures that deadlines are met and projects run smoothly.
