Cleaning Services Position

Benefits:

• Direct track to lead cleaner in 6 months
• Company vehicle, equipment & supplies provided
• Paid 30-minute lunch breaks daily
• Weekly pay + quarterly performance raises
• $650-850 typical weekly earnings
• 32-40 hours guaranteed weekly
• $18-22/hour + tips ($50-150 weekly average)

Requirements:

• Reliable & detail-oriented
• You have your own working vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Able to lift 20 lbs and clean 4-5 homes daily

Responsibilities:

• Clean residential homes in established routes
• Service same regular clients weekly/biweekly
• Follow our proven cleaning system
• Maintain happy customer satisfaction rating

Our Hiring Process:

• A phone call within 24 hours
• An in-person interview within 48 hours
• An offer letter within 7 days

Compensation: $600.00 - $850.00 per week
