*Company Overview* 'Star Choices, Inc is a dedicated not-for-profit organization committed to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With over three decades of service, our mission is to empower people to find their joy and live the life they choose. We are seeking compassionate, responsible individuals or families to serve as Host Home Providers. In this role, you will open your home to an adult with an intellectual and/or developmental disability (IDD) and provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive living environment. This is a full-time, live-in arrangement and a contracted position. Host Home Providers play a vital role in supporting independence, community involvement, and quality of life.

• Responsibilities*
• Provide a safe, stable, and welcoming home environment
• Support daily living activities such as meals, personal care, and routines (based on individual needs)
• Encourage independence, choice, and community participation
• Assist with transportation to appointments, activities, and community outings
• Support the implementation of the individual's person-centered plan
• Maintain required documentation and communicate with the support team
• Participate in required training and monitoring visits
• Qualifications*
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Have a stable residence with adequate space for an additional adult
• Ability to pass background checks, home assessment, and required screenings
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Willingness to complete required training
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required

This is a live-in role where the individual with IDD resides in your home on a full-time basis. Host Home Providers may be single adults, couples, or families Providers must maintain a supportive and respectful household environment Job Type: Contract Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,153.48 per month Work Location: In person Star Choices
