Job Description: Functional Lead Responsibilities include:

• Planning: Developing test strategies and plans, and setting quality standards
• Testing: Performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite
• utomation: Creating automation strategies and automated scripts
• Defect management: Tracking defects and ensuring resolution
• Collaboration: Working with senior clients, technology suppliers, and operational support areas
• Communication: Communicating progress to senior leadership and participating in discussions with clients and teams
• Reporting: Consolidating and analyzing test findings and preparing comprehensive test reports
• Teamwork: Meeting with the team regularly to provide feedback and open communication channels
• Stakeholder management

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience .
• Candidate must have an experience in conducting end to end /Integration testing ensuring data accuracy, completeness and integrity throughout the data flows and write test scripts to validate different data workflows, data transformations , data structure and data mappings.
• Candidate should be able to conduct thorough testing of backend systems. API, databases and server side logic to ensure functionality, reliability , and performance.
• Candidate should be able to perform data validation activities, data reconciliation and data profiling to ensure data accuracy.
• Candidate should be able to perform functional testing of APIs to ensure proper handling of requests, responses, error conditions and security protocols.
• Candidate should to be able to develop and maintain automation scripts , workflows and frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies.
• Candidate should be able to run queries and perform database testing and validations.
• Excellent communication skills and a good team player.
• Experience with test management tools & Test Automation & Defect tracking tools like JIRA , ALM , Selenium.
• It's a plus , if Candidate has experience in testing in GCP applications and SAP Hybris.
