About Us:

At KD Care Community ABA Services, we are passionate about supporting children with autism and their families through high-quality, compassionate care. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic in Dearborn Heights.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phone calls, take accurate messages, and transfer calls appropriately
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
• Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and general office duties
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Support clinic cleanliness and organization as part of the team
• Be physically active and able to move quickly when needed
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to ensure a smooth client experience
• Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate respect for all clients and families

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• No past criminal history (background check required)
• Passion for working with children and helping families
• Positive attitude, strong multitasking skills, and attention to detail
• Willingness to be flexible and work as part of a collaborative team

Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $15.00 - $17.00
