Establish and improve the company's safety and environmental management system, and ensure its effective operation. Participate in formulating and implementing the company's safety, occupational health, and environmental protection management systems. Collaborate with relevant departments to carry out work related to work safety, safety and environmental protection publicity, education, training, and drills. Possess professional environmental protection knowledge, be familiar with the practical management and disposal capabilities for sewage, waste gas, and hazardous waste, and have team management experience. Manage special equipment within the factory, plan and implement daily on-site safety inspections, and oversee the safety management of external personnel during construction. Be responsible for the "three simultaneous" work (simultaneous design, construction, and operation) for new, modified, and expanded projects, as well as the EHS review and environmental compliance procedures for major maintenance and technical transformation projects to ensure they meet EHS technical requirements. Liaise, report, and coordinate with government departments regarding safety, environmental protection, and fire control work. Participate in and lead the investigation, control, and analysis of safety and environmental incidents, and maintain records. Track, record, and analyze the rectification of potential hazards and risk control measures. Regularly monitor occupational health hazard factors in the factory and follow up on environmental improvements. Follow up and coordinate the rectification of safety and environmental issues. Disseminate, promote, train, and supervise the implementation of the latest safety and environmental protection laws and regulations. Organize regular safety and environmental protection meetings. Establish a sound fire management system, supervise fire inspections, and maintain fire control records. Other tasks assigned by leadership.
