What will you do in this job?

Safety, anticipating guest needs, honoring our surroundings and bringing your best every day are the core values we live by in order to provide dynamic guest service at the Denali Backcountry Lodge. As a Dishwasher, you will provide fellow co-workers with assistance in the kitchen as needed and follow all sanitary and health-related protocols. You will have a range of duties and responsibilities such as:

• Operate the industrial dishwasher
• Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles
• Stock supplies in serving stations or storage
• Empty and clean all garbage receptacles
• Follow sanitation policies at all times
• Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as necessary, especially at peak hours

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

• One year experience is similar position is preferred
• Excellent critical thinking and time management skills
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds frequently
• Self-motivated attitude and ability to work as a team member
• Attention to detail and sanitation rules

The starting wage for this role is $17.00/hour.
