Parlor Manager needed on a dairy farm located in southeastern Wisconsin. 1300 cows are milked in a double 18 herringbone Boumatic parlor and housed in new free stall barn with sand bedding. Primary responsibility is managing milk parlor employees; which include hiring/firing, training, work schedules. Must be proficient in English and Spanish. Knowledge of milk parlor equipment a plus. Secondary responsibilities may include caring for fresh or sick cows, assisting in vet checks, vaccinations, etc.
