Uline  is hiring Customer Service Representatives   at our office in   Kenosha, WI. Customer Service is the heartbeat of Uline! Uline Offers:

• Pay between $22 - $27/hr, based on experience for English only representatives.


• Pay between $23 -$28/hr, based on experience for Spanish/English bilingual representatives.


• Pay between $26 - $33/hr, based on experience for Overnight shift representatives.

Position Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.


• Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.


• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.


• Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.


• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we’ll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!


• For Bilingual CSR's only -    you must be fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken. This means you can communicate in professional language in either language without outside assistance.


• Able to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship.
