Compensation: Up to $100K ($70K - $75K base + up to 35% monthly bonus) + benefits

What You'll Do As the Center Director, you'll have the unique opportunity to oversee and be accountable for all aspects of the growing Donor Center-driving performance, building a lean and high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional donor experience. You'll be managing the P&L of a site within a hyper-growth organization, managing the day-to-day while providing critical input to Operations team leadership.
Compensation: Up to $100K ($70K - $75K base + up to 35% monthly bonus) + benefits
Travel: 8 weeks of paid training with travel and accommodations provided
Key Responsibilities - Lead daily operations and strategy by planning and optimizing all processes to achieve donor flow, retention, and operational goals.
- Own and manage the P&L, improve efficiency, and implement action plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Recruit and develop exceptional team members and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
- Ensure compliance and safety - uphold all federal, state, local, and company regulations; partner with quality and facilities teams; lead audits and inspections.
- Communicate and align expectations through regular team syncs and make data-driven decisions to guide your team.
Role Qualifications - High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods
- Ability to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts as needed
