As a Security Officer Logistics Patrol in Sparks, NV , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a logistics and distribution environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. This primarily driving post involves conducting routine patrols, interacting with staff and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity in every interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business premises and perimeter.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.
• Support a secure environment by maintaining a visible presence and helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with AU Driver Policy Requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• This position is primarily a driving post; prior experience in similar roles is preferred.
• Nevada Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
