GHJ Search & Staffing is working with a real estate investment and development company in Culver City who is seeking an Administrative/Personal Assistant to support a busy executive. They're seeking someone who is organized, proactive, and resourceful across both business and personal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars, travel, and day-to-day logistics
  • Communicating with clients, vendors, and property managers
  • Assisting with events, reporting, and occasional research

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant or personal assistant
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Able to multi-task and manage priorities
  • Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Well versed in MS Office Suite (Word & Excel), proficient with ChatGPT, and experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • High level of discretion and professionalism

$70,000 - $75,000 a year
