2nd Shift MIG Welder (Temp-to-Hire) Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.50 to $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:30pm to 02:00am)

• Perform MIG welding on wire and light-gauge metal components
• Follow blueprints and welding instructions to produce accurate, clean welds
• Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and weld consistency
• Operate grinders, clamps, and other shop tools as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work area while adhering to company safety protocols

2nd Shift MIG Welder (Temp-to-Hire) Qualifications:

• MIG welding experience required (minimum 6 months preferred)
• Ability to read basic blueprints and use measuring tools
• Must pass a hands-on weld test
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
