Abstract Presentation Types:

1. Oral Presentation: If accepted for oral presentation, you will be offered from 10 minute presentation timeslot during the conference.
2. Poster Display: If accepted for poster display, you will have the poster on display throughout the conference. The dimension is within an area of 1 metre in width × 1.5 metres length.

Abstract Information: Language: English. All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English. Word limit: 250 words excl. title, authors, and affiliations. Review of abstracts: All abstracts are reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The Scientific Committee holds the right to offer the author another presentation type or category than the type and category chosen during submission. Abstracts publication: By submitting an abstract to the conference 2024, submitters give their consent to the publication of the submitted abstract in the conference material (e.g., website). Abstract Submission Categories: Clinical Science – Early Career (Employee) – 3 awards Clinical Science – Students (Un employee) – 3 awards MedTech Innovation – Early Career (Employee) – 3 awards MedTech Innovation – Students (Un employee) – 3 awards Registration of the presenting author: After acceptance of an oral or poster abstract, the presenting author must register for the full 3-day conference. The deadline for registration is May 10^th, 2024 Failure to register may cause exclusion of the abstract and presentation at the conference
